E3 2013: Elder Scrolls Online is a multiplayer game with social interactions

Elder Scrolls Online

As many have hoped that Elder Scrolls Online will be the next MMO to dominate the market, it may not be an MMO after all as Matt Frior explained behind closed doors in an event with the press.

Stated by Matt himself, he said that Elder Scrolls Online is a multiplayer game with a built in social aspects like doing quests with friends or guilds. Though it’s not really an MMO at all, Matt promises that there will be over a hundred hours of gameplay that everyone can do. Dungeons will be available to everyone to explore to up to four players. He didn’t mention however if there will be a more than four player groups, but it looks like four will be the max.
