E3 2018: Bethesda Confirms Fallout 76 Is An Entirely Online Game

The rumors ended up being true because Fallout 76 has been confirmed by Bethesda to be an online video game where you can meet real life human players.

Bethesda came up with this idea four years ago and wanted to change its usual single player experience. That said, Bethesda has confirmed that you can play the game by yourself if you wish to.

Much like many other online video games, some players can be your friends while others are you enemies. It’s probably best to play the game with friends as enemies come in all shapes and sizes.

Fallout 76 is set in the year 2076 and serves as a prequel to the other games. It is set in West Virginia and has a map that is four times larger than Fallout 4.

The game will be released on November 14th, 2018. A Power Armor Edition will also be available containing a glow in the dark map as well as a cool helmet.
