If you live in Canada, it appears you’ll have to pay slightly more to play your video games.
Game Skinny has reported that several retailers in Canada has upped the price for games on the PS3, PS4 and Xbox One. They noted that EB Games/Gamestop have increased their prices by $5. It appears retailers like Best Buy and FutureShop will also be increasing game prices by $5 too.
In the USA, game prices have remained the same at $59.99 even for Xbox One and PS4 titles. Hopefully this is something only happening in Canada as I doubt many consumers will be willing to spend even more money on games these days.
