Little has been heard about an official release date for Star Wars: The Old Republic but the beta will be starting this September.
Star Wars: The Old Republic is one of the most highly anticipated MMOs in recent memory and BioWare’s Co-founder Ray Muzyka has confirmed it will be one of the “biggest launches of holiday 2011”. Fans now know it will be released this year and not in 2012 at least.
EA and BioWare have both announced that pre-orders for Star Wars: The Old Republic are available now. The closed beta in September is only available to those who pre-order the game. Pre-order now before you miss out.
