Microsoft’s endless battle against piracy continues, and the latest game seems to be Forza 3. Microsoft is banning any Xbox Live account logged in and playing Forza 3 early.
Fortunately, Microsoft seems to only be banning accounts, and not systems, meaning you can create a new Xbox Live Gamertag if the need arises. The banning is permanent and Microsoft is taking a swift zero tolarance approach.
