Niantic has now announced that Pokemon Go is finally available in India and a lot of other countries from today. You can start hunting now!
Niantic revealed on the official website that the following countries can now play Pokemon Go: India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
They said they had to overcome “administrative challenges” before the game was able to be launched in India. It’s not all bad news as people in these countries get more features at launch as new Pokemon were just added to the game earlier this week. Happy hunting!
