DICE has released their sequel to their well received game Battlefield: Bad Company in 2008. The game takes everything it excelled at such as tactical decisions, addictive multiplayer, and amazing destruction and improves on them all while correcting its weak points to make this a true contender for the #1 spot for the FPS genre. Welcome back to Bad Company! Marlowe, Sweetwater, Sarge, and Haggard are taking charge once again in the infamous B-Company.

Ah, the good old days. Nothing was better than waking up on a Saturday morning, and after cereal and cartoons, going to the grocery store and begging your mom for a bag of those artificial chemical smelling, shiny green plastic army men. There’s something delightfully nostalgic about Signal Studio’s Toy Soldiers, and that quality alone sets it apart from other one-off’s that have flooded the so-called “tower defense” genre.

Many Mega Man fans will remember how Mega Man 9's difficulty and cheap deaths made it a game that only appealed to seasoned veterans who had been with the series from the beginning. A year and a half later Mega Man 10 has been released and it looks to gain a wider audience by toning it down a bit in certain areas while still pleasing its loyal followers. The story here is simple.

Since Deadly Premonition was first announced during E3, I already have a premonition on how this game will turn out. I was intrigued by the trailers that were shown to me and quite honestly, it was one of the games I've been anticipating the most. From the looks of the trailer, the game seems to be very mysterious due to some scary scenes. With Deadly Premonition finally out in stores, how does a low budget game stand out with all the other survival-horror games out there?

The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, released by developers The Odd Gentlemen and 2KPlay, is a mind challenging, brain busting test for the mind with unique and dazzling visuals. For those of you who have completed Assassin's Creed 2 you might remember that during your journey you were desynchronized immediately after Sequence 11. When you were able to access the memories once again you were thrown ahead into Sequence 14 with no clue as to what had taken place in between or why your character started sporting a beard. The Battle of Forli DLC fills in part of the gap by adding Sequence 12, composed of 6 new memories, back to the story. This is one of two sequences that was left out of the retail copy in order to comply with the set release date of November 20th.

The Xbox Live Arcade library is a mixed bag. There are some obvious stars, some clunkers, and the occasional diamond in the rough. KrissX (pronounced kriss-kross) from newcomer Regolith games is a puzzle/word game that delivers a surprising amount of fun and replay value and stands out among the somewhat dull offerings within the genre’s listing on XBL.

Serious Sam: The First Encounter originally released on PC back in 2001. For it’s time it was a pretty good, if not repetitive, wave first person shooter in which the player traveled through different dungeons shooting at endless waves of monsters and demons ripped straight from Doom.
