UK retailer ShopTo has listed Sleeping Dogs HD for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
The retailer has listed other games in the past and have been correct. Sleeping Dogs was popular upon its release back in 2012. Considering Grand Theft Auto V is getting ported to the same systems, Square Enix might be following suit too.
If Sleeping Dogs HD turns out to be true, the release date for the game is November 21st, 2014.
