In the last couple of weeks, we learned that a theatrical movie based on Sly Cooper was coming from Sony and Blockade Entertainment, who are already working on a Ratchet & Clank movie and Heavenly Sword movie. The latter is the first one scheduled for release digitally, while the other two will receive wide theatrical releases. Now, IGN has exclusively released a short new trailer for the Heavenly Sword movie known as “Why Nariko is a badass.”
The trailer lives up to its name with Nariko, voiced by Anna Torv, fighting multiple enemies while showing off the fantastic animation style in the movie. The trailer ends by saying the movie is coming soon, which seems to hold up with the early 2014 release information that was said in the past.
