Namco Bandai has announced an all new animated Tekken movie is coming out soon.
The animated movie is called TEKKEN: Blood Vengeance. The teaser trailer released shows that the movie is out in Digital 3D in Summer 2011. Presumably, this release window is for Japan only. Hopefully they localize the film to Western audiences as well.
The film with have a 90 minute running time and the story is set between the events of Tekken 5 and 6. The screenplay is being written by Dai Sato (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop) and being directed by Youichi Mouri.
