According to a few Russian gaming sites, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe sent a message about Gran Turismo 5’s release date to Russian retailers. The message explains that due to “technical reasons” the release date of GT5 in Russia will have to be delays to hopefully late November if not early December.
While not many people were convinced by the rumoured message since the posting a few major Russian online traders have stopped pre-orders, put up notices and also changing the release date on their sites. To note it is only about Russia and not any other region or country that this rumoured delay applies to.
… On friday 15th, an official announcement is going to be made. Gran Turismo 5 release in America, Europe and Japan will be delayed until further notice due to unclarified reasons. Six months from now we will recieve a new release date… September 19th 2011…
See… Although I missed the day of the notice by two days, Its true… I just hope I´m mistaken on the new release date…
