According to a tweet of Sonia Im, a Public Relations Manager of Square-Enix of North America, she’s working on “stuff” for the un-announced game. To be specific, she said that she guarantees that people will be excited when the game she’s working on is announced to the public. Since we have no idea what it is, I am guessing that it could be Kingdom Hearts 3 (unfortunately, it’s not)?
No hints were revealed. I guess all we can do is wait for the coming days or weeks before Square-Enix decides to announce this game.

Nomura announced in birth by sleep ultimania that he gave up fianl fantasy to focus on kingdom hearts. however that he will be creating two kh games before making kh3.

You’re Sorta right. Nomura said he has two KH Games in the works, along with KH3. One is to be released before KH3, Nomura said he wants to release it this year. The other mystery title could come after or before KH3, and possibly be the start of the next Saga. KH3 will start development after FFXII Versus is finished.
FFXIII Versus is already announced. That’s why we know about it.
Odds are that this may not even be KH related.
We’ll wait and see what happens. And Kingdom Hearts will reign all over the world. And we’ll go for it!
