The Pokémon Company has revealed news of the fifth generation of the Pokémon franchise will be released in Japan towards the end of the year, of course, via Nintendo’s DS.
The 5th Generation will contain brand new Pokémon and won’t be a remake of any sort. Other than these details, they are scarce. You can try and read the announcment page (Located here), but as it’s rendered entirely in Japanese, you might have some bother unless familiar with the language.
Since the games are set for release around Winter in Japan, we can expect the Western localizations to appear around March. More news as it comes.
