Dead or Alive 6 Adds Two New Fighters To Its Roster

Koei Tecmo has now announced two new fighters that are joining the roster of Dead or Alive 6. One character is returning from Dead or Alive 5 while another character is completely new.

Rig is the character returning from Dead or Alive 5 and and he has beef with the new fighter in town. The new fighter joining the franchise is Diego who is making his debut in the DOA franchise. You can read a bio of him below as outlined in a press release.

Known as “The Uncrowned Street Hero,” Diego makes his DOA debut boasting the raw and brutal skills of a street fighter, utilizing everything from headbutts to tackles in taking down opponents. This gritty fighter grew up in the back alleys of New York, earning money to support his ailing mother by competing in many street matches. Long rumored to be the strongest fighter in his neighborhood, he is seen by many locals as a hero as he utilizes his experience brawling in confined quarters to impact fights with a set of strong-style moves. ”

Rig and Diego join Helena Douglas, Hayate, Ryu Hayabusa, Zack, Kasumi, and Jann Lee as other characters already confirmed for Dead or Alive 6. The game will be due out in early 2019 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
