It’s already nearly been five years since the release of the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, but people are soon looking forward to the next generation of gaming. One company pushing for next generation is Bethesda and they hope to wow people with their new IP called Starfield.
Eurogamer caught up with Bethesda’s Todd Howard and he described in more detail on what the company means when they are calling Starfield a next generation video game.
He said:
It sounds like the game will be out for PC, PS5 and the next Xbox by the looks of things. Bethesda really wants to revolutionize the way people play single player games and making Starfield exclusive to new hardware might be the only way they can achieve that.
Well don’t expect to hear any news of the game soon because Starfield is still in development. We might hear more news of the game when the new hardware is eventually announced in the next year or two.
