Usually in the past, Microsoft’s E3 press conference will run for around 90 minutes. There were rumors that this year the company allocated 120 minutes for next week’s show. Alas, Xbox Head Phil Spencer, has now confirmed the actual time the event will run for.
A fan asked for more clarification on Twitter for how long the event will be running for. Spencer replied with the following message: “Should be closer to 100 minutes from our last run-through.”
There’s a lot riding on Microsoft to deliver one of their best conferences ever at E3 2018. The Xbox brand needs some bigger and diverse games in order to compete with the likes of Sony and Nintendo for the foreseeable future.
