If you still have a PS3 and love playing Killzone 2 and 3, you may want to play the online multiplayer mode for one last time before the servers are offline forever.
Guerrilla Games posted on its official website that the online servers for both Killzone 2 and 3 will be shut down for good on March 29th, 2018. Any online elements will no longer work after that date.
This does not mean that the games will be unplayable forever. You can still enjoy the single player campaigns for as long as possible.
Guerrilla Games will still be operating the online servers for the PS4’s Killzone Shadow Fall for the time being. The developer is most likely now working on a sequel to this year’s excellent Horizon Zero Dawn video game.
