It shouldn’t surprise anyone down under that Australia will be getting a censored version of South Park: The Stick of Truth.
Even though Australia introduced the R18+ rating recently, the country’s censorship board is still very sensitive. A few months ago, Australia banned Saints Row IV, until Deep Silver appealed and a censored version came to the country instead.
It’s unknown at this stage what has been censored in South Park: The Stick of Truth, but Ubisoft mentioned a “slightly modified” version of the game will be coming to Australia.
South Park: The Stick of Truth will be released in March for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
