Stainless Games has announced the Early Access release of their upcoming title, Carmageddon: Reincarnation.
Carmageddon: Reincarnation is vehicular combat game, currently being developed by Stainless Games who also developed the previous Carmageddon games. In the original games, players raced against other drivers in many different settings with a limited time associated with each race. In order to gain more time, players were awarded bonus time by collecting power ups, damaging competitor’s cars, or by running over pedestrians. Races were completed by either completing the course, wreaking all other race cars, or killing all pedestrians on the level. Carmageddon Reincarnation will reintroduce the chaotic carnage set out by its predecessors, and will hopefully live up to its name.
Early Access will be available in Q1 of 2014 only for PC via Steam, and there will be a variety of tiered priced options available, starting with the standard package bundle which will include all DLC and all future release materials in one price.
