Today Sony has released an extended gameplay trailer for one of their newest projects. Originally announced at Gamescon 2012, rain involves the story of a young boy who spots the silhouette of a young girl outside in the rain being chased by strange monstrous creatures. Daring a rescue the boy traverses out into the rain only to find that he himself has turned into a silhouette that vanishes if not standing in rain.
Gamers will use this ability to take the boy on a wondrous journey to save the mysterious girl; whether or not there will be combat of any kind is still yet to be seen and Sony has not yet announced a release date of any kind, but promises that they will be providing “a deeper look at rain very soon.”
