To this day, we’ve seen some pretty awesome mods for Grand Theft Auto 4, despite its 4+ year old age. This time around we see a cool new mod revolving around turning Liberty City in to a huge desert. It’s times like these when I wish I had a PC to experience some of these mods for myself.
