The PlayStation Vita is the successor to Sony’s PlayStation Portable that was released back in 2005. Releasing on February 22nd in North America and Europe, the PlayStation Vita holds a lot of promises by delivering high quality graphics that are only possible on the handheld. The PS Vita also has an ultra clear 5″ OLED screen, a rear touch panel, a built in microphone, gyro-tilt motion sensing controls and a lot more.

At the price of $249.99, players will be able to purchase the Wi-Fi only version. For those who want to take advantage of AT&T’s 3G network and always play the Vita on the go and use its NEAR’s social networking application, a 3G Vita is a must for only $299.99.
