EA’s CEO John Riccitiello has revealed that there will be an unannounced first person shooter title being released by EA, by the end of the year. Riccitiello said that a “very exciting” FPS title will be released in 2011 when asked about the future of the Medal of Honor series.
While he didn’t mention a title or franchise name rumour has it that it will be either a third Battlefield Bad Company title or a sequel to Medal of Honor which was left wide open for a follow up title. Of course this still could be a completely new franchise but guaranteed EA are pushing for that top spot in the FPS genre.
