Developer Quantic Dream has made several games over its illustrious career and its newest entry called Detroit: Become Human is already the most successful one so far. This is amazing mainly because it has just been over one week since the game came out exclusively for the PS4 console in late May.
Quantic Dream co-CEO Guillaume de Fondaumière tweeted the following announcement: “After week 1, @Detroit_PS4 has been @Quantic_Dream’s most successful release so far, by all accounts. But what gives us the most joy are the incredible fan arts, cosplays, songs etc.. and player reviews. #fortheplayers !”
Detroit: Become Human already managed to sell a lot of copies over in the UK and player feedback has been pretty positive so far. That said, it’s a game with a particular taste since some gamers may not like the excessive use of quick time events and cutscenes.
The game is out now exclusively for the PS4 console. It’s a game that will appeal to gamers that already love Quantic Dream’s previous efforts such as Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls.
