Creed: Rise to Glory Punching To PlayStation VR Later This Year

If you love the Rocky movies, you might be interested in playing Creed: Rise to Glory later this year. This is a new boxing game releasing for the PlayStation VR headset very soon.

The Rocky movie franchise got a bit of a rejuvenation thanks to the excellent Creed movie that came out in 2015. A sequel simply called Creed II is out later this year and a VR game is being released alongside the movie this Fall.

As announced on the PlayStation Blog, Creed: Rise to Glory allows you to play as Rocky Balboa as well as many other champions from boxing’s illustrious past. You can also face up against many of boxing’s greatest fighters too.

The game will try and be realistic as you have stamina as well as fatigue stopping you from just spamming punches all of the time. You will need to duck and weave successfully if you want to win any matches in this game.

A specific release date has not been announced yet, but a Fall 2018 release window has been revealed. It’s possible the release date will be in November which is the month Creed II releases in North American cinemas.
