Much like Ubisoft did previously with the release of Far Cry 4, Far Cry 5 also has a cool feature where you can end the game every quickly. The credits will roll after just 10 minutes of gameplay and is considered to be a funny secret ending that fans can attain.
Anyway there is a way to unlock this ending and it’s super easy. You don’t even have to press a button to unlock it – all you really need is some patience and let the game run for itself for you to see this ending.
At the start of the game, you and some other law enforcement officers are out to arrest the evil cult leader and main villain of the game named Joseph Seed inside of his own church. If you want to play the game normally, you will arrest him and escort him in handcuffs.
However if you want to secret ending, all you have to do is not arrest him and you and your law enforcement buddies will leave Joseph Seed and his cult alone. The people accompanying you get cold feet and want to leave the place alive so they decide not to apprehend Seed and the credits roll after that.
Make sure you don’t touch the controller to see the secret ending because the game gives you a LOT of time to arrest him. Just don’t press anything until you see the credits to see if you unlocked it properly. You can easily restart the game and arrest him to continue playing the game normally.
Far Cry 5 is out now on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Much like other games in the series, this is a fun first-person shooter set in a huge open world environment.
