Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim gets a release date for PC

XSEED Games announced today that Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim will launch for PC via Steam, The Humble Store, and GOG.com on April 28 for $19.99.

During its first week of release, the game will be sold at a 15% discount. According to XSEED, the PC version features a brand new translation, high resolution graphics, full USB controller support, true widescreen gameplay, the ability to warp among checkpoints and an optional “Catastrophe Mode”, in which healing items can’t be purchased or stored.

The minimum system requirements to run the Windows PC version of Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim are as follows:

OS: Windows XP
Processor: Pentium III 800 MHz
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: 32 MB VRAM, 3D accelerator compatible w/ DirectX 9.0c
DirectX: Version 8.0
Hard Drive: 1 GB available space
Sound Card: Compatible with DirectX 9.0c
