The big news today was that we got the official unveiling of three new fighters brand new to the Super Smash Bros. series with Mii Fighters, Palutena, and Pac-Man. However, we also seemingly got a tease of a returning fighter, but he has not yet been confirmed.
At the conclusion of the Pac-Man reveal trailer, we saw a glimpse of Game & Watch that first debuted as a very surprise addition to Super Smash Bros. Melee. While Masahiro Sakurai hasn’t said a word about Game & Watch, with no info on the official site about him, this tease seems to show that he will be returning.
