A new report has been released, claiming to confirm that Need For Speed: Rivals will be locked at 30FPS on the PC version.
The report outlines that the PC version of Need For Speed: Rivals will have a 30FPS limiter on it. Developer Ghost games has previously mentioned their intention for such a limiter for the all version, but had since abolished the idea. Now it seems that their claims of removing the limiter may be proven false. Need For Speed: Rivals is a racing game set in an open world environment. Players will be able take the role of either a Racer or a Cop, each of which will offer unique rewards and experiences.
