Nintendo 3DS Trade Deal – Get $100 Credit Towards the new 3DS XL

Looking to get rid of your old Nintendo 3DS to upgrade to the new 3DS XL this Sunday? You’re in luck as Gamestop is once again holding a promotion that allows you to trade your old Nintendo 3DS and get $100 trade-in credit towards the purchase price of the new 3DS XL.

Retailing for $199.99, gamers who are looking to upgrade will only have to pay $99.99 out of pocket when they trade their Nintendo 3DS on all Gamestop stores. Those who have games stored on their Nintendo 3DS can do a system transfer – simply buy the 3DS XL in full price, transfer it, return it, and get your $100 back.

    I just called in about the deal and “EB Games” answers the phone. They are only offering $60 credit not $100.

    If you can direct me to the store that will honour the $100 bucks that would be great.

    Seems like EB Games bought Gamestop

    Yea, North American Gamestop said $60 trade in, which one says they’ll give $100???

    Hey when it says the trade-in deal for the 3DS for the 3DS XL, does it end on 9/16? I saw another website said the offer was only for the weekend of the launch. Just asking.

    According to Gamestop, the particular promo should end on the 16th of September, unless something changes between now and then.

    The game stop I go to will put the $100 towards the xl, but I dont think they will let you buy the XL transfer the 3DS and then trade in your 3DS for $100 after, I think it needs to be on the purchase, not separate if you know what I’m talking about…

    hi there they will let transfer 3rs games when buying 3ds xl i like too have differant download games on the 3ds and 3dx xl i have mario clock mario calculator netflix nintendo video app thriller dream works video for $1.99 and living carrots also dream works for $1.99 i have most video players being used a lot nintendo needs a 3d movie section on the e-shop and teken prime adition has a 3d movie bundeled
