Today the publisher of Awesomenaunts, DTP Entertainment filled for insolvency. If you’re unfamiliar with the term insolvency, it is basically bankruptcy and means the company can not pay their debits. According to IGN, Ronimo Games (Developer) isn’t quite sure what the finical problems means for Awesomenaunts, but both both companies are working on getting the game released.
If you’re unaware of Awesomenaunts, it is a futuristic 2d side scroller set to release on the Xbox 360 and PS3 this Tuesday for $10 dollars. Additionally it was also one of the free games offered with Playstation Plus next month, for both the US and EU. Ideally Sony will do something to help, though for now details are up in the air.
