Uncharted DLC And Updates Takes A Break Until Next Year

Naughty Dog has stated on their Facebook that the Uncharted devs (now that The Last Of Us is in production it appears that there’s a current legitimate distinction between Naughty Dog and Uncharted developers) will not be releasing any post-launch support for Uncharted 3 until 2012.

There haven’t been any glaring issues with release like the ones seen with Battlefield 3 or Skyrim, but post-launch content is always nice. But no upcoming content will see the year 2011.

Included in the upcoming DLC is the Flashback Map Pack #1 which is apparently just a few maps from Uncharted 2. But hey, 2012 is only about 9 days away.

And on that note, including a personal note from our Editor In Chief (a fairly heartfelt one, check it out), a lot of us will also be taking a break until the new year. Enjoy your holidays, enjoy some one-on-one time with some games you wanted to lend a bit more time to, unwrap some gifts, make merry and God bless us, every one.

Oh, except fanboys.
