You have to feel sorry for gamers in Japan. The PSN is still offline in the country.
As Andraisang reported, Sony announced that it needs more time to “make adjustments with the various related parties”. It still has not specified when the PSN will be back or not. It was only a brief statement and Sony did not go into any specific details.
The rest of the world have been lucky as all of our PSN services have been online for nearly a month now. Although errors occurred to the PSN briefly upon its return, it’s been pretty smooth so far and I don’t think anybody’s credit card details were stolen either.
