You may want to wait a bit before getting a 3DS.
Yesterday I posted an article about UK retailer GAME leaking the launch titles for the 3DS and it looks like it’s real. Retailers are confirming that there will only be 9 3DS launch titles available in March.
The biggest issue with this launch so far is the fact that only four 3D games will be available day one. This is pretty odd since 3D is the driving force of getting the system in the first place. Nintendo’s claim that there will be 30 games available by June makes this more and more possible.
As someone who preordered the 3DS I’m concerned since I’m highly sure I won’t be playing Super Monkey Ball 3D day one. Then again the launch will be successful if game sales are at the very least average.
