The sequel to Ubisoft’s Wii launch title is set to be released in Europe on March 24 2010, although no North American release date has been announced yet.
Red Steel 2 is the sequel to Red Steel, one of the Wii’s launch titles, which took complete advantage of the Wii’s Motion Sensing technology. At the time it was groundbreaking, now it has lost more than a little bit of it’s magic. However, Red Steel 2 requires and is packaged with Wii MotionPlus, which brings a new level of control over your in-game avatar and should improve on the faults of the original.
Expect the North American release to follow shortly after, or before, the European launch as well.
