According to Kotaku.com, Square Enix is aiming to sell over 6 million copies of Final Fantasy XIII. The company known for its Final Fantasy series, as well as the likes of Dragon Quest and Kingdom Hearts, is predicting a breakout hit for its next installment in the Final Fantasy franchise. Sony also has high hopes for XIII offering as we know Lightning decorated Playstation 3’s bundled with the game. Industry Guru’s are quietly claiming that the release of Final Fantasy XIII in Japan alone will cause the PS3 install base to increase by 500,000 units and thats moderately speaking.
