Monster Hunter 3 Released In Japan… More Info Revealed

Monster Hunter 3 for the Nintendo Wii has finally been released in Japan! With no release date yet for the United States, here are some of the info that I think you should know and find out!

The game itself is the same as its previous releases. The single player will take place in Moga Village and Moga Forest where you will do most of the hunting and quests from the people that will give it to you.

Moga Village has a lot of hunters that will need your help. Some of them will give you different kind of quests based on the time of day. The detailed environment of the game has changed. You will see both night and day with different atmospheric effect. Even though the game is on the Nintendo Wii, it will give you the good feel of the game through the graphics.

The Forest of Moga is big and you will spend a lot of time exploring it. The monsters you will meet here are big and very challenging. You can act freely and will give you no time limit as you do your quest or just hunt monsters in the forest of Moga.

That is all the information we can give you for now. We will give you more information as soon as we get it. For now enjoy the screenshots!

  1. wow! this looks sick, im a MH vetran; and ill be getting this game if it come to the US.
my only regret about this game is that its not on PSP; alot of people can agree, no?

  2. Definitely Jordan. It would be nice to have a PSP version but I can see why they’re making the game for the Wii, as they have the potential to make more money off of it. Thanks for reading justpushstart!

  3. I too am excited for the release of MH3/tri, it will be released in the US march 2010, see I am a MH veterian, I had well over 600+ hrs into my character on the original MH for ps2 when they sadly closed the online servers, I have played all the psp versions and none compare to the original, the online play made Monster Hunter what it was, quite possibly the best MMO out there, the psp versions had very limited online capabilities due to the ad-hoc mode only, having another console version is going to be great, I can’t wait to bury myself in the new vast editions of this great game…
