Microsoft Thinking To Create Xbox One X Bundles With 4K HDR TVs

Since the Xbox One X is supposed to make good use of 4KTV technology, Microsoft could be partnering with TV manufacturers for some special bundles.

This was confirmed by Xbox Head Phil Spencer via Twitter. A fan wanted to know if Xbox One X/4KTV bundles will be out later this year. Spencer replied with: “Yea, you’ve seen some of these with S and I’m sure you’ll see some with X.”

The new Xbox console is out this November 7th and is going for a price of $499 by itself. If you bundle that with a 4KTV, you might be looking at something that is well over $1000 or more depending on the type of TV you want.

4K technology has been around, although content is still in its infancy. Thankfully the new console can play 4K video games as well as UHD Blu-ray movies.
