Twitch has become a mainstay in the gaming realm in recent years, with the ability to stream live gameplay, especially with the implementation on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The community aspect is also a major aspect, as seen in games like Twitch Plays Pokemon. As a result, it has been announced that a Group Chat beta initiative has been launched.
Just as it sounds, Group Chats will allow you to create separate private chatrooms apart from the typical chatrooms for each stream. This definitely is a great feature to see, as it allows you to avoid any spammers you may see and just chat with your friends that are also on Twitch. Once the Group Chats are stable, the new feature will rollout to everyone.
