An interesting statistic has been revealed that nearly half of all PS Vita games are bought digitally.
Sony told IGN 48 percent of PS Vita games are bought digitally. It’s also worth noting that 1 in 4 PS Vita owners also have a PS4 too.
The fact that nearly half of PS Vita games are bought digitally is a very interesting fact. It’s probably because PS Vita games are not as large as console games. Most games are roughly only 3GB or less in size compared to games that are on other home consoles…
I bet the portability helps matters too. I prefer downloads on my vita so I don’t have to worry about game memory cards. I prefer having the games ready to play at the touch of the screen. I don’t care so much with my home console.
