In quite the surprising collaboration, Gearbox Studios and Telltale Games are teaming up for a brand new game title. As the first world premiere at the VGX, Tales From the Borderlands was unveiled.
The game will follow brand new characters in the universe, but you will also see familiar faces and locations as you play through. Going from the usual first-person shooter, Telltale Games will be bringing a new gameplay experience to the series, but says that there will still be some sort of shooting element.
Considering Telltale’s most recent outings with the Game of the Year The Walking Dead and wonderful The Wolf Among Us, Tales From The Borderlands is sure to be a lot of fun when it launches in 2014.
