Konami has revealed an all-new Metal Gear Solid game called Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.
The game was showcased during Konami’s 25th Metal Gear Anniversary event. The game was running on Konami’s new Fox engine. Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes won’t be a traditional Metal Gear style game either as it is an open-world style stealth game.
Konami prevented anyone from using any cameras during the event but attendees were impressed with what the game offers so far. The concept of the game is that once you’re seen, the game isn’t over. By then, your task is to escape.
Hopefully Konami will release the footage and screenshots for the game. An open-world Metal Gear game could be one interesting new genre to explore.
