As reported by Joystiq, Activision has filed a lawsuit against National Arbitration Forum for the use of ModernWarfare3.com.
If anyone is not aware, it was reported earlier that the site redirects you to the official Battlefield 3 website instead.
Activision has argued that the person responsible for this action has “no right or legitimate interest in the Domain Name”. Activision went on to say that the site “contains copyrighted material” and that it is misleading in the way visitors are taken into the Battlefield 3 website in lieu of a Modern Warfare 3 one.
At time of writing, ModernWarfare3.com is still redirecting visitors to the Battlefield 3 website instead.
