How about a link? Bioware/EA love to bury links to buy DLC’s on their various websites instead of just having a dlc.bioware.com url or something. There is jack squat on the DA2 site on how or where to buy any addons whatsoever… including the page that tells you about them (which one might imagine would be the best place… but is woefully untrue).
