Up to this point no one had heard any news on a third entry for the Resistance series. It seems that has changed now. Some locals in Shreveport, Louisiana noticed this billboard and were nice enough to post it.
Let the speculation begin! The billboard was put up to be included in the film “Battle: Los Angeles” as a in-movie marketing technique. The movie will be released in February of 2011. At the moment no one is sure if we can expect a similar time frame for the release of Resistance 3. It’s a good year and a half away and there have been no official announcements. As you can see the Statue of Liberty is present in the title. This heavily suggests that a main location in the third game will be New York. Be sure to check back as more information is unveiled.
I think my heart stopped when I read this post. Sucks for the potential wait though
