Crysis trilogy is now backwards compatible on Xbox One

Microsoft is pleased to announce today that all three Crysis games; Crysis, Crysis 2, and Crysis 3 are now backwards compatible on Xbox One.

The Crysis series has been one of the most well-known shooter games that have been received well by critics and fans all over the world. With now being able to play it on Xbox One, many can enjoy the masterpieces that Crytek has developed.

What begins as a simple rescue mission becomes the battleground of a new war as alien invaders swarm over a North Korean island chain. Armed with a powerful Nanosuit, become invisible to stalk enemy patrols, or boost your strength to lay waste to vehicles. An advanced AI controls your enemies, so play smart. Crysis 2 (Check the Xbox Games Store)

The world has been ravaged by a series of climatic disasters and society is on the verge of breakdown. Now the aliens have returned with an invasion force bent on nothing less than the total annihilation of mankind. One supersoldier wielding the Nanosuit 2, will make the last stand to save humanity. The fate of the world is in your hands. New and old enemies threaten the peace you worked so hard to achieve 24 years ago. It won’t be easy, but your Nanosuit helps you clear a path to victory. Craft a stealthy attack to defeat your opponents quietly, or decimate the enemy with a blaze of brute force. There’s no wrong way to save the world.
