Just recently, some users noticed a Playstation One classic show up while browsing the Playstation Store on their Playstation Vitas. As we discussed, the title does not actually work, despite being available on the store for purchase/download. Shuhei Yoshida has noted “our engineers are working hard on it. Pls be patient” in regards to people’s concerns.
While Buzz Lightyear of Star Command is currently the only title that has been seen so far in terms of PS One classics, hopefully this is a sign that support is not far off. Do you think that Playstation One support on the Vita will come sooner than later? Let us know in the comments.
