Final Hours Approach For Ugears Games Campaign On Kickstarter

Less than 48 remain on the current crowd funding campaign from Ugears, featuring a range of “mechanical devices designed to handle, transport and store game elements in various tabletop games.”

Bring five new custom products to market, via Kickstarter, the team has mixed their passion for gaming and engineering. Each aims to improve, or at least add a serious amount of flair, an area of tabletop gaming from storing cards to rolling dice. Here’s a description of each product from the Ugears team:

The Ugears Card Holder helps you to store, transport, sort and handle your game cards saving space on the gaming table. It has 16 compartments with spacers that accommodate up to 500 game cards. The compartments are big enough to hold the cards in sleeves or double sleeves. 12 big compartments of 68х105 mm, 2.7”x 4.1” size and 4 extra slots of 49 х 72 mm, 1.9”x 2.8” size.

The Modular Dice Tower is one of the most fun Ugears devices for tabletop games. It can be used as a set of 4 individual dice cups or can be easily transformed into a single multistoried traditional Dice Tower.

The Mechanical Deck Box serves to store, transport your favorite deck, and keep the cards safe and neat. Two inner compartments can accommodate up to 120 game cards 2.48” x 3.46” (63.5х88 mm + sleeves), 60 cards each.

The Game Master’s Screen. Folded together, this unconventional looking device resembles a large book. Completely unfolded, it opens as a screen with 2, 3 or 4 panels with an easy cheat sheets (A4 or 8.5″ x 11″) replacement mechanism and a built-in dice-tower.

The Dice Keeper is a perfect game accessory that keeps your dice safe and secure, sitting comfortably in individual slots. This small chest with fine carved ornamentation in a fantasy style has eight compartments to accommodate a standard dice set. A mechanism lifting the walls securely sets your dice inside to prevent from spilling and being lost in transit.
