Bandai Namco Reveals Four New Characters In Jump Force

Bandai Namco Reveals Four New Characters In Jump Force

Several new characters have been revealed this week to appear in Bandai Namco’s upcoming fighting game called Jump Force. This is a new fighting game where lots of manga/anime stars come together to fight each other all over the world.

Two new characters were revealed in a press release that Bandai Namco has revealed today. The two characters being added to the game include the likes of Himura Kenshin and Shishio Makoto who both appear on the manga called ‘Rurouni Kenshin’. Character biographies are added below.

“Himura Kenshin is a wandering masterless samurai. Despite his small stature and humble nature, he once worked as an assassin for the government. After growing tired of this life filled with death, he vowed to never kill again and to make amends for his previous sins, now, fighting only to protect and defend the weak.

The second character announced is, Shishio Makoto, one of Kenshin’s strongest foes. His entire body is covered with bandages due to gruesome burns but, despite these old wounds, he is still an extremely ruthless and dangerous enemy. Caring little for others, he will stop at nothing in order to achieve his goals.”

The other two characters in Jump Force were revealed in a new issue of Jump Magazine that came out in Japan. The other two characters joining the game are Cell and Piccolo from the very popular Dragon Ball Z series.

Piccolo is a green Namekian that used to be a bad guy, but he eventually turned good when he took care of Gohan when he was a young boy. Piccolo is more of a father figure than Gohan’s real father Goku! Piccolo also appears in Dragon Ball Super, although he doesn’t do much these days.

Cell on the other hand is one of the best villains to appear in Dragon Ball Z. This villain pretty much has all of the fighter’s techniques as part of his repertoire.

Jump Force the game releases on February 15th, 2019 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms.
