It’s been a while since we last have seen Harry Potter in action when it comes to videogames. For those who missed him, there’s apparently a Harry Potter videogame that has been leaked and it’s looking to be pretty cool if true.
The alleged leak that was posted on Reddit details that the upcoming Harry Potter game is an action RPG. It’s said to be set in the 19th century and will focus on your “own” character with unique abilities who has earned a late acceptance to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Could this be a title from Warner Bros. Interactive? Back in April 2017, the company have been seeking senior writers “with a deep understanding of British culture and grammatical presentation” for its Avalanche Software studio, suggesting that the Disney Infinity developer could be responsible for this upcoming title.
In my opinion, this upcoming Harry Potter game will not be titled as Harry Potter but could get a different title instead since Harry Potter isn’t the main protagonist on this one. It sure is set in the Harry Potter universe but we’ll have to see where it goes.
Another theory is that this Harry Potter title is currently developed by RockSteady. If real, this will turn out really good. It’s been a while since we last heard from the company and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the one involved in this title. So far, we’re excited.
